Terms & Conditions Agreement
Unless a prior written agreement has been establish the following Terms & Conditions apply to all BAC Transportation services. By making a booking through the various booking channels BAC Transportation offers (by phone, website, mobile app, text message, third party etc.), you make an offer to book a reservation at the price listed for such reservation. This offer shall become a binding contract formed in Alaska, pursuant to the term’s and conditions listed below when the offer is accepted by BAC Transportation. You will receive proof of the confirmed reservation booking via an e-mail confirmation, which means the reservation has been confirmed by the BAC Transportation. Once the confirmation is sent, the reservation details must be reviewed carefully to ensure that everything is correct. If any details need to be updated it is up to the individual responsible for payment on the reservation to notify BAC of those updates. All Reservations must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the service date and BAC reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received. All charges incurred are billed to the responsible party’s credit unless direct bill arrangements have been made according to BAC Transportation’s Direct Bill procedures. BAC Transportation may accept cash or checks for a reservation payment upon approval with an authorized credit card guaranteed and valid Identification. Payments made by check may be required to be received in advance in order for the payment to clear prior to services being rendered. Rates, Charges and terms are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made 13 days or less to date of reservation are non-refundable.
Airport transfer cancellations made 24 hours or less to date of reservation are non- refundable.
Reservations made for prom are non- refundable.
Cancellation notices may vary due to local conditions (i.e. weather), event, vehicle type and market area.
Special events and peak time periods may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the events.
Time changes made with less than the required cancellation notice may be subject to additional charges. For example a trip is booked from 6am to 8am and at 5:30 am a call comes in to move the time from 8 am to 10am. The reservation will be subject to the original reservation fees billed for the 6am-8am time block plus the new reservation of 8am to 10am.
Additional Charges to include reimbursement for tolls, parking, permitting, event fees and client requested amenities may apply.
SUV’S & Van’s = 1 hour minimum
Buses = 2 hour minimum
Limousine & Limousine Buses = 2 hour minimum (Sunday - Thursday)
Limousine & Limousine Buses = 3 hour minimum (Fridays & Saturdays)
New day starts at midnight for all limousine rentals.
Minimum Hourly Rentals
Special Events & Peak Demand Rental Time
Special events, Prom dates, and peak time periods are subject to dynamic pricing and higher hourly minimums.
A fee equal to the entire booking amount is charged for services scheduled and the client does not show up at pick up location.
Extra Ordinary Cleaning
A fee of $100 or more may be charged to the responsible party credit card for any extraordinary cleaning.
Vehicle & Other Damage
The party responsible for the reservation payment will be held responsible financially for any damage to BAC Transportation property that was a result of the misconduct of their guests.
Vehicles that have glassware as an amenities are subject to a $30 replacement fee for each glass that has been lost, stolen or broken during a trip.
Possession of illegal drugs, or alcohol consumption by anyone under 21 years old is prohibited inside the vehicle.The responsible party is liable for all fines or vehicle damage caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. BAC reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is misconduct during the trip. BAC takes no liability for articles left behind, sotlen or damaged.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the vehicle and subject to a $100 fine per incident.
Trip Extensions & Early Dismissal
If a reservation extends past the initial payment and agreed upon time frame, payment for the extension fee must be paid to BAC Transportation before the trip extension commences. BAC Transportation reserves the right to approve or deny the extension request based on safety, inventory, or other relevant factors.
Reservations that end earlier than scheduled are called early dismissals and the unused rental hours are non-refundable. Delays or trip extension caused by unsafe road conditions, road construction, or other acts of God are subject to the trip extension fee.
Gratuity paid to a chauffeur for services rendered is customary but at the discretion of the client.
No gratuity is charged to a reservation upfront unless requested by the client and 100% of any gratuity BAC Transportation receives for a chauffeur from a client is passed to the intended chauffeur.
It is at the Chauffeurs discretion to decide if a situation has become unsafe. BAC Transportation follows the a safety pause protocol. The Team member pauses to check *Surroundings *Team Members *Equipment *Passenger safety.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity and the use of safety belts is required by law.
Multiple Day Trip Lodging & Per Diem
Reservations that are multiple day trips in which a BAC Transportation staff member must overnight in a location are subject to a $50 per day Per Diem charge and a charge to cover private lodging accommodation for the staff member (if private lodging accommodation are not already provided).
