Cancellation Policy

  • Charter cancellations

    Charters cancelled within 14 days of the reservation are non-refundable.

  • Anchorage airport transfers

    Anchorage airport transfers are non-refundable when cancelled within 24 hours of pickup.

  • Other-location transfers

    Transfers originating outside Anchorage follow the standard charter cancellation policy.

  • Deposits & special dates

    Deposits, prom reservations, and major holidays or special events are non-refundable.

  • Local conditions & events

    Cancellation notices may vary due to local conditions such as weather, the event, vehicle type, and market area. Special events and peak time periods may be subject to different cancellation terms.

  • Time changes

    Time changes made with less than the required cancellation notice may be subject to additional charges.
